What is Counselling?
Counselling provides a safe space that can be used in many different ways. It can be used for example to process past events and emotions, to work towards specific goals like overcoming anxiety, to get emotional support during a difficult period in life or a combination of things. You decide what you need from this space, and we work on it together.

to provide a safe space for our work to happen,
to accompany you in your therapeutic journey with respect and acceptance,
to suggest tools that will empower you during this process.
