What is Counselling?
Counselling provides a safe and confidential space for you to talk about your issues and concerns. This space can take different forms depending on your needs and it is a place where you are heard, where you can process past events and emotions, work towards specific goals like overcoming anxiety, get emotional support during a difficult period in life or a combination of things. You decide what you need from counselling, and we work on it together.
